Preamble

By using SEO monitor, you agree to respect the terms of use.

Bunt Studio SRL reserves the right to change the terms of use at any time, without prior notice. Any new feature brought to SEO monitor application, including tools and resources, will be the subject of this document.

The continue of using this service after these changes means that you have acknowledge and agree with them. You can find the latest version of the document “Terms of Use” at: http://seo-monitor.com/terms.php.

Deviation from any of these terms will lead to the cancellation of your account.

Defining terms

Cancellation of the account: permanently deleting the final account and all related information without the possibility of recovering the data
Account Suspension: temporary blocking the information stored in that account.

To use the service without any charges you must have minimum age of 14 years old.
To use the service with paid accounts must have minimum age of 18 years old. If you are aged between 14 and 18, for using the service with paid accounts, you must have prior acceptance of your parents before making any payment. Bunt Studio SRL is not responsible for cases in which this acceptance is not obtained.
The data you provide to register a new account must be real.
You are responsible for keeping secret the account and its access password. Bunt Studio SRL shall not be liable for any damage caused by the failure of this condition.
You are responsible for any activity that you make in your account.
A person may not hold more than one free account.

Payment, Upgrade and Downgrade

Payments can be made with PayPal
Upgrade from a free to a paid account involves immediate payment of the first month subscription
The service is paid in advance monthly. Amounts paid are not returnable. To treat all customers equally, no exceptions will be made.
The downgrade of the account may cause loss of information or features for your account. Bunt Studio SRL is not responsible for these losses.

Account Suspension

The account is automatically suspended if the subscription is not paid in 10 days from issuing the related invoice.
The account will be activated automatically when payment is received.

Account Cancellation

The request for cancelling the account can be made from “My Account”. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the account's holder.
With the cancellation of the account, all data stored on it will be removed immediately.
Bunt Studio SRL has the right to delete or suspend your account and to refuse further registration.
Bunt Studio SRL reserves the right to refuse providing the service to anyone, anytime.

Changing services and priving plans

Bunt Studio SRL reserves the right to change or stop, temporarily or permanently the Service (or features of the service) without prior notification.
The services prices may change depending on the tariff policy of the company by displaying on the website.
The prices of services provided to people who are already clients when changing prices on the website, come into effect after a preliminary notice within 30 days. The customer has the right to continue in the new contract terms or to terminate the contract without damages.
Bunt Studio SRL reserves the right from time to time to offer customers discounts or promotions negotiated in private.
Bunt Studio SRL is not liable to the client or third parties in case of any changes, changing the pricing plans, suspending or stoping the service.

General conditions

Using the service is your acceptance that the Service is provided “as it is” and “so how it's available”.
The technical support is provided to all clients and it's available via email. Customers who have paid accounts receive technical support via online chat too.
You may not modify, adapt, break or use in any manner, the Service. You haven't the right to affirm that another's website is in any way associated with the Service, Bunt Studio LLC or other service of the company Bunt Studio SRL.
You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion, feature or design of the Service, without the express permission of the company Bunt Studio SRL.
We can, without any obligation, erase data or accounts that contain information which we consider illegal, dangerous, which infrige on copyright or "Terms of Use".
Any insult or defamation, oral or written, brought to Bunt Studio SRL or to any client or employee of Bunt Studio SRL will result in immediate cancellation of your account.
Processing and sending the data is made through an unencrypted transmission environment.
You may not send emails and SMS spam using the Service.
If the resources that your account uses exceed distinguishable the average of the other users (determined by Bunt Studio LLC), you'll receive a notification followed by the account suspension in case the problem is not solved.
Bunt Studio SRL does not warrant that:
- the service meets all your requirements;
- the service will be permanently online, securely and without errors;
- the service provides information accurately;
- the quality of any service, product or information will be at your expectations;
- any error of the Service will be repaired;
